CRONUS BIKES is looking for a Product Manager who strengthens our product management team and contributes to constantly improving and adapting our product range to meet market needs. In this role, you are responsible for developing new products and optimizing existing ones.Required Skills
- Completed degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent qualification
- Professional experience in product management, ideally in the bicycle industry or retail
- Creativity and innovation to develop new product ideas
- Analytical skills and a good understanding of the market and customer demand
- Team orientation and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
Responsibilities
- Developing new product ideas and concepts, taking into account market analysis and customer feedback
- Planning and implementing product launches and accompanying marketing campaigns
- Continuous optimization of existing products based on market feedback and sales data
- Collaboration with internal teams, such as purchasing and sales, to support product development
- Observation and analysis of market trends and competitive activities to identify opportunities and risks early
