Product Developer (Golf)

Position Summary:
As a product developer in the golf industry, you will be responsible for the conceptualization, development, and optimization of golf products. Your work contributes to constantly improving our product range and meeting the needs of our customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identification of trends and developments in golf as well as market analysis to identify product opportunities.
• Conceptualization and development of new golf products from ideation to market launch, considering sustainability principles.
• Collaboration with internal teams to define product requirements and ensure that the developed products meet market demands.
• Responsibility for product design, material selection, and prototype development.
• Close collaboration with suppliers and manufacturers to optimize production processes and ensure quality.
• Conducting tests and quality controls to ensure that products meet the highest standards.
• Monitoring the product lifecycle and continuously optimizing existing products.
• Adherence to schedules and budgets for product development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in product development, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product development, ideally in the sports or golf industry.
• Deep understanding of golf and the needs of golfers.
• Creativity and innovation to develop unique products.
• Technical skills and understanding of materials and manufacturing processes.
• Project management skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Awareness of sustainability and interest in integrating environmentally friendly materials and processes.
