Duties and Responsibilities:
- Planning and monitoring of all production processes to achieve production goals and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Continuous optimization of production processes to increase efficiency and reduce production costs.
- Ensuring that production facilities and equipment are properly maintained and serviced.
- Leading, training, and developing production staff to ensure top performance and teamwork.
- Implementation of quality control procedures and standards to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
- Collaborating with the procurement team to plan and ensure the supply of raw materials and components.
- Adherence to safety regulations and environmental regulations in production.
- Reporting to management on production performance and efficiency.
- Participation in the development of new bicycle products and improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management, preferably in the bicycle or sporting goods industry.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and process optimization.
- Experience in team leadership and personnel development.
- Understanding of quality control procedures and standards.
- Technical skills and understanding of bicycle components and production.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Awareness of sustainability and interest in sustainable production practices are advantageous.
