Duties and Responsibilities:
- Advising business units on all HR matters, including recruitment, talent management, employee engagement, and development.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of HR strategies reflecting the values of sustainability, modernity, and innovation.
- Participating in identifying talent needs and promoting talent development and retention.
- Assisting in managing HR processes such as performance management, payroll, and employee relations.
- Implementing and monitoring HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Conflict resolution and assistance in addressing employee issues.
- Participating in integrating sustainability practices into HR strategy and practices.
- Working closely with the HR team to conduct training, workshops, and employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a business partner role.
- Deep understanding of HR practices, laws, and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Solution-oriented thinking and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity in employee matters.
- Awareness of sustainability and interest in integrating sustainability practices into HR processes are advantageous.
