- Experience in customer service, ideally in the field of e-commerce or retail

- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems

- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Processing orders, returns, and complaints

- Closely collaborating with other departments, such as logistics and marketing, to efficiently address customer concerns
