Position Summary:
As a Financial Analyst at Cronus AG, you will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating our financial data. You will work closely with our finance team to make informed business decisions and ensure our financial health.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Analysis of financial data, preparation of reports, and conducting financial modeling to support business decisions.
  • Tracking and evaluating the financial performance of Cronus GOLF and Cronus BIKES, as well as identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
  • Preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, as well as monitoring compliance with budgets.
  • Assisting in the preparation of financial reports for management and external stakeholders.
  • Evaluation of investment projects and development of recommendations for capital allocation.
  • Risk analysis and identification of financial risks and opportunities.
  • Supporting the development of financial strategies to promote sustainability and growth.
  • Management of financial databases and tools to improve data integrity and accuracy.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in finance, preferably in an analytical role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial modeling and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial software.
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present financial information clearly.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and collaborate effectively with various departments.
  • Awareness of sustainability and interest in sustainable financial practices are advantageous.
